Front entrance, door in bedroom that leads to a small side porch, internet paid by owner, all utilities paid by owner, WiFi-enabled TV, central heat and AC, dishwasher, microwave, large bedroom closet, washer and dryer in the unit, street parking, no pets, no smoking, other half of property occupied by owner. Rental opportunity is for 1-6 months. Pro-rated (refundable) security deposit due at lease signing. First month's rent ($1,600) must be paid prior to move-in.
