Inside, the spacious home features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, an indoor fireplace, and a game room for hours of fun. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king bed, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The primary bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom, and there is an additional full bathroom.
House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. An additional $39 fee per guest per night applies from the seventh guest onwards. The fifth bedroom opens for groups of 8 or more guests.
DeSoto, an All-America City, offers a wealth of small-town charm and a spectacular location within the Dallas and Fort Worth Area. Situated within 15 miles of downtown Dallas, this quaint community boasts sloping hills and lush trees, with numerous parks and natural areas providing an idyllic setting for outdoor getaways. DeSoto is a cultural mecca with family-friendly events and is conveniently located near many of the top attractions in the Metroplex, making it a great base to experience the best of the region.
The bathtub is out of service, and the fan in the pool table room is currently out of service. The Pac-Man machine in the gaming room is also out of service. Please note that the pool is not heated and there is no hot tub. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Indoor smoking is prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Please smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
