The pool is not heated and there is no hot tub. For security, two cameras are installed: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, and any violation will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to the booking platform and local authorities. By booking, guests agree to comply with this policy.
