Lease terms

104 W. Emmett: 3 bed, 1 bath, central heat and air, off street parking 1. One year lease required. 2. The deposit is the same as the rent of the home, $1000. (half can be paid at lease with other half paid in 3 monthly installments) 3. We require tenants to have income 3 times the rent coming into the home per month. ($3000 monthly income minimum required for this home) 4. We do accept pets, but we do not accept pit bulls. There is an extra $400 non-refundable pet deposit PER PET. TWO PET MAX (half can be paid at lease with other half paid in 3 monthly installments) 5. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. 6. Once someone turns in a paid application, we prefer tenant be able to sign lease within 1-2 weeks. 7. Please drive by the neighborhood to view the outside of the home and the area BEFORE scheduling a showing.
