All utilities are included in the monthly rental price along with WIFI. Our policy will be no pets and no smoking in apartment unit. There is an outside smoking area. We ask that all Cigarette butts be kept in our provided sand bowl and outside area be kept tidy. Renters are required to obtain rental insurance to protect their personal property and liability. One parking slot will be reserved in the building parking lot. Additional public parking is available on street or around city square. The lease will be a one year term renewable annually, there will be a security deposit of $1250. It is the tenant's responsibility to keep apartment area clean and orderly. Monthly inspections may be scheduled by landlord. There will be quarterly spraying of the building and apartment. No illegal actions shall occur on premises, this will be basis for rental termination.
