So you have easy access to the city's amenities and Vilano Beach without the hassles of traffic, bridges, parking, and noise! The home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, and a spacious living room and dining room area. Features include: --Central heat and air conditioning (which we have tuned up twice a year) --New washer and dryer --New water heater --New roof, siding, and gutters --Covered front porch --Side deck --Shed --Large backyard --Ceiling fans throughout --Bathtub --Lawn care and landscaping included (approximately $120 monthly value) We take care of a dozen neighboring homes, so we're able to tend to issues in a timely manner. Move-in Costs: $1600 refundable security deposit, first and last months' rent, plus a refundable pet deposit (if applicable) No application fee. Instead, the applicant provides their own "Premium" screening from TenantAlert (Please do NOT use the application portal through the website. We will provide you with our own application and instructions for ordering the tenant screening after you view the home.) This is available for a one-year lease only. We will schedule showings directly with you and can usually do showings any day of the week. The times vary each day, in order to accommodate the current residents' schedules, but we'll find a time that works well for you. If you have any questions, give me a call (and leave a voicemail if you want a call back) or shoot me a text. And if you meet the criteria--income 3x the rent, stable employment, stable residency history, good credit score, ability to pay the move-in costs--we'll schedule a time for you to view it.
