($3,625) Please note the tenant pays PSEG water/sewer included, and if approved, renters' insurance is required. (THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE REQUIREMENTS) **All occupants 18+ will need to fill out NTN. If they are not contributing to income, then we will not need the income information from them, but we will still need the NTN completed.
