The large kitchen boasts ample counter space, granite countertops, and upgraded stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice-maker, microwave, oven, stove, blender, Keurig, and toaster. Dining options include seating for 3 at the dining table and 4 at the bar. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while a kid-friendly bunk area provides twin over twin comfortable beds. The master bath has a tub and shower combination, and the bunk area includes a large bathroom with a washer and dryer. Enjoy the private 150+ sq ft balcony, extending across the unit from the master bedroom to the living room, offering wonderful views of the beautiful sugar-white sands of the emerald coast. The apartment is also equipped with linens, towels, starter kits of toiletries and detergents, an iron, dish soap, laundry detergent, and HD flat-screen TVs with HD DirectTV. Guests can enjoy the Shores of Panama's magnificent pool deck, which includes a 13,966 sq ft gulf-side pool, a gulf-side hot tub, and a large heated indoor pool and hot tub. Amenities are not included, and guests must pay the concierge upon arrival a one-time $75 fee for a registration packet, which includes a parking permit and wristbands. This apartment is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Registered guests occupying the apartment must be 25 years of age or older. Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Our trusted partner is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach and to obtain the names and ages of all occupants. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 to Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one person 25 years of age for every two persons under 25 years of age. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00 pm, including parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must also be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00 pm to 5:00 am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach, including sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, and public parks. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of this ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book with the intention of allowing under 25 years of age friends or family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and canceled. If you book this property as the 25 years of age or older person and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants will be evicted, and you will receive no refund.
