The second master with ensuite bathroom is available to lease. The landlord will not lease to more than 2 tenants at a time, so the maximum occupancy of the home is capped at 3 people. The third floor third floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and 4th bedroom (owner's office). The "4th floor" is a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and Las Vegas strip. Smokers are allowed, however smoking inside the house is prohibited. Dogs and cats are considered on a case by case basis. There is an additional $150/month flat fee for utilities, including high-speed internet.
