Utilities are town of Taos water and sewer, Kit Carson electric, with electric stove, and infloor radiant heat, Waste Management trash pick up service, and internet service. All utilities are paid by the owner. 6 to 12 month lease. You will need to provide your own bedding and linens. No month to month rentals. No smoking. You will need to get your own mailbox. There isn't a laundry facility on the premises. NO cats. Dogs considered on a case by case basis. If approved pet rent is $25/mo for 1 pet. There are 2 other casitas and a main house on this large in town property but each is a stand alone rental which insures privacy and a quiet setting. Casita is available for May 22, 2026 occupancy. Satisfactory credit report and background check required. Application fee is nonrefundable $50 per applicant and pays for credit report and background check. Move in requirements, first months rent, last months rent and security deposit equal to 1 month. Additional requirements may be made depending on strength of application. Renters insurance required..
