      Terms at 1039 Parc Ln E

      Utility payments are the responsibility of the tenant. Lawn maintenance is covered for the first year of tenancy if the renter moves in by June 30, 2024. Rent is due on the first of the month and late after the fifth of the month. Up to three pets are allowed, but the tenant must clean up after their pet. No droppings to be left on the lawn. There is a $200 refundable pet deposit per dog or cat. HOA fees are covered by the landlord. The early termination fee is $5800.00 plus the balance of rent remaining for the lease duration. There is a strict 3 vehicle limit, and we'll need your license plate numbers. Per HOA, there is no overnight parking on the street by residents. Tenants must abide by all HOA rules. No guests allowed for over seven nights without express permission from the landlord. There is a six person limit, including children. We require a photograph of each resident (family photos OK) and pets (you may send these photos to us). A background check is required for all residents 18 years and older. You may flush only toilet paper. NO FLUSHABLE WIPES, no paper towels or other material is to be flushed. Liability for rent is joint and several, thus lack of payment by any party subjects all residents to the consequences of non payment.
