This is a great house! It gets tons of light and ocean breezes and has a fantastic view of the ocean from the living room, dining room and kitchen!… The two bedrooms have full-size closets, ceiling fans, blackout shades, and recessed lighting with dimmers. The entire house was refurbished one year ago and includes, among others: new kitchen counters and cupboards, new kitchen appliances, new paint, new deck, new flooring, new bathroom vanity and mirror plus lighting, recessed lighting throughout - all with dimmers except kitchen. There is also new HVAC. If the weather is hot enough for A/C, you got it! The house sits over three single garages. TWO of those garages are for your use. Both come with automatic garage door openers. ONE of the garages has a Tesla charger. Two wood shelves span the back of one garage to provide storage.
