Pet deposit required in accordance with California law and applicable local regulations * Early Move-Out: Early move-out is understood as sometimes necessary. If early termination occurs, tenant is responsible for rent only until the home is re-rented, with reasonable efforts made to secure a qualified replacement tenant as quickly as possible, in accordance with applicable California law.
