Rent includes ELECTRIC, GAS, WATER, TRASH and WI-FI. This unit is available on a 11 month lease initially and then on our regular Spring yearly schedule. All units at Creekside are Non-Smoking and Non-Vaping. No Pets are allowed. Tenant must keep their porch, front planter and parking spot cleared of leaves or debris. Tenant is responsible to clear snow from their walkway area withing 24 hours of snowfall for safety reasons. Tenant is responsible for clearing their parking spot in Winter.
Applicant has the right to provide Jeanne Vrobel LLC with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Jeanne Vrobel LLC with a PTSR, Jeanne Vrobel LLC is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Jeanne Vrobel LLC to access or use the PTSR.
