Landlord will prorate the rent if you wish to move in early. The lease begins no later than August 1, 2026. Lease expires July 25, 2027. LESSEES MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 25 TO APPLY. No pets are allowed Lease payments are due in advance and are to be received by the landlord on or before the 1st day of the month. Late fees may apply. The regular rate for rent is $1,995.00 a month. Additionally a $1,995 security/damage deposit is due at signing. The daily rate for a prorated partial month is $66.50. A City of Auburn ordinance prohibits no more than two unrelated persons to occupy the property. No more that 4 occupants total are allowed. We list the house on Zillow to get exposure here. Their screening system is excellent but we may use our system to verify or gather more information. We have an application that includes a credit, criminal background check, and an eviction check. These application fees can be paid by Venmo, or Pay Pal after showing the property. The fee for each application is $50.00. Cash is never accepted. All residents will be required to obtain evidence of, and maintain a rental insurance policy for the duration of the lease with a minimum of $300,000. liability insurance and $20,000. contents coverage. You must name the landlord as an additional insured. Evidence of this insurance is required before taking possession of the property. If you are approved for occupancy, rent payments are to be made only by a monthly automatic electronic draft from your bank. Having a bank account is a requirement for occupancy. Evidence of this transaction arrangement from your bank is a requirement for occupancy.
