Lease Information Fully furnished rental available for monthly stays. Minimum lease term of 30 days. Included: Furnishings, high-speed Wi-Fi, and utilities (electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, and internet) up to a combined total of $150 per month. Any combined utility charges exceeding $150/month are the tenant's responsibility and will be billed separately. Parking includes one garage space and room for two additional vehicles in the driveway (up to three vehicles total). Pets are welcome with a $500 non-refundable pet fee. Renters insurance is required. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the property. A completed rental application, income verification, background and credit screening, and owner approval are required prior to lease execution. The security deposit and first month's rent are due before move-in. The property must be returned in substantially the same condition as received. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply after move-out if necessary.
