Lease agreement does not include parking Prefer 1 year lease term but landlord is flexible to a 6-month minimum lease term Tenant(s) must follow House Rules (e.g. quiet hours to be respectful toward other working tenants, garbage disposal, drug-free environment, etc) Tenant(s) are not allowed to sub-lease. Only those whose names are listed on the lease agreement are allowed to reside at the apartment and stay overnight, unless permission is granted by landlord Tenant(s) are responsible for monthly rent and electric utility (property manager will provide breakdown based on HECO submeter over each billing period) Landlord / property managers reserve right to inspect unit in the case of an emergency, immediate maintenance but is obligated to give tenant(s) notice of unit inspections.
