Lease terms

Lease Duration: 12-month lease preferred. Rent & Deposit: Monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required before move-in. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, internet, cable (if desired). Water, sewer, and trash. Application: Applicants are subject to a background, credit, and income verification. An application fee may apply where permitted by law. Pets: Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with landlord approval. Additional pet fees or deposits may apply. Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. Parking: [One assigned parking space / Off-street parking / Garage parking] is included. Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for keeping the property clean, promptly reporting maintenance issues, replacing light bulbs and HVAC filters (if applicable), and maintaining any private outdoor areas assigned to the unit.
