for rent in a quiet east Dallas neighborhood, conveniently located to several large hospitals, colleges.
The bedroom includes a wall mounted smart tv, blackout blinds, USB outlets on the nightstand, lots of storage.
The office is a great space to spread out. Large cube shelving with organizing bins, closet, full size fridge/freezer, microwave and stocked Keurig.
The bath and rest of the house are shared with me, owner, 62 yr old female.
Well appointed kitchen with several private cabinets for storage, air fryer, lots of storage in the bathroom, makeup lighted vanity, cute pink 50's tile.
All of the house and backyard patio are available as well.
Washer and dryer also available.
House is on 1 level and 4 stairs to front door.
