Lease terms

Lease Terms Monthly Rent: $2,700.00 per month. Lease Term: 12 months (unless otherwise agreed in writing). Move-In Funds Required: First Month's Rent: $2,700 Last Month's Rent: $2,700 Security Deposit: $2,700 Total Due at Lease Signing: $8,100 Utilities: Tenant is responsible for establishing and maintaining all utility services in their name and paying all associated charges during the lease term, including but not limited to: Gas Water Internet, Cable, and Telephone (optional services) Utility accounts must be transferred into the tenant's name effective on or before the lease commencement date. Lawn Care & Snow Removal: Tenant is responsible for maintaining the lawn and removing snow and ice from sidewalks and walkways, as required by local ordinances. Smoking: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Pets: Pets are subject to landlord approval. Additional pet rent and/or a refundable pet deposit may apply. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is limited to the individuals listed on the lease agreement. Renter's Insurance: Tenant is required to maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term and provide proof of coverage prior to move-in. Application Requirements: Completed rental application for each adult occupant Credit and background check Employment and income verification Monthly household income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent Positive rental history
