The home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac with a beautifully landscaped hillside which provides the benefits of nature while limiting any through traffic and creating a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy rooftop barbecues all year round, or sit next to the cozy fireplace in the living room. A couple share the other master bedroom and are easy going, outdoorsy and friendly. I'm a skilled cook and griller and if you like BBQ you will be overly excited to learn that he makes brisket, steak and ribs a couple times a month! If a roommate is interested in enjoying the BBQ we make they are welcome to join in! I work in Tech and my fiance is in HR & Finance. We are looking for someone that would treat the house like their own and be respectful and tidy who sees the benefits of sharing such an awesome space. We have one other roommate who is an engineer and is a friendly relaxed housemate. We have pretty busy work schedules and do our own thing during the week and are regularly out hiking but open to socializing and roommate dinners but also give the housemates tons of space to enjoy the house and make themselves at home.
