Property Rules * No illegal drugs or criminal activity on the property. * No parties or events. * No excessive noise or disturbances. * No smoking or vaping inside the home. * No unauthorized occupants. * No subleasing or short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.). * No storing junk, abandoned, or inoperable vehicles on the property. * Vehicles must be properly registered and operational. * Tenant must maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition. * Tenant is responsible for promptly reporting maintenance issues. * No alterations or modifications without the landlord's written approval. * Lawn care is the tenant's responsibility (unless otherwise provided). * Pets are **not permitted** without prior written approval. (If pets are allowed, additional fees or restrictions may apply.) Additional Information * Renters insurance is recommended but not required. * Approval is based on the overall application, including income, credit, rental history, background screening, and ability to meet the lease requirements.
