House will be shared with 1 other person (27M) and their dog, with whom you will split utilities. You will have full access to the house and there is a washer/dryer. Dining and living room are also fully furnished. Driveway parking, large backyard, and community pool access also available. 1st month rent and $700 refundable security deposit for move in.
