The home is in the redwoods, community Olympic swimming pool and restaurant & bar very close. Store & school 10 min drive. School bus provided. This is a split unit apartment 2 bed 1 bath and a studio one bath separate. You have two kitchens and entrance doors. 6 month lease then month to month, tenant pays the following utilities, water,PG&E,gas when tank runs out split by number of tenants and other units tenants. THE IS ONE PG&E meter on property. The home is listed Washing & drying included in rent your PG&E and water bills covers the cost. There is no smoking of any substance. One party per year over 10 people. No cats because my dogs think they're food. Only tents on lease and there children may live in apartments. Anyone at property over 5 days and not on lease is breaking the lease and must leave. Only 3 cars maximum allowed. Use of freezer one shelf. Maintenance request must be submitted by email only. Shared mailbox or install your own. Noise level low after 9:00 pm Tenants responsible for sweeping there decks and green waste pine cones and leaves on side and front area.
