Sign a lease by 6/15/2026 and receive $500 off your first month's rent. Standard security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Applicants must have a minimum 600 credit score, no more than two late payments within the past 18 months, verifiable gross income of at least 3x the monthly rent, satisfactory debt-to-income ratio, clean background check, and positive rental history with no evictions, judgments, broken leases, or foreclosures. Application fee is $55 per occupant age 18 or older. Resident is responsible for all utilities and must provide proof of utility transfers prior to move-in. Renter's insurance is required. No smoking permitted. Approved dogs only with a $300 non-refundable pet fee. Maximum of two dogs allowed. Breed restrictions apply, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Wolf hybrids, and similar breeds. Livestock, farm, exotic, poisonous, or dangerous animals are prohibited. Approved applicants must sign the lease agreement and submit the full security deposit within 48 hours of approval. Please beware of leasing fraud we do not advertise on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace, and we will never request wired funds or payment through mobile payment apps.
