The bathroom has just a shower. There are washer and dryer hookups. The master bedroom is huge and will easily fit a king size bed and still have room left over for a dresser or other things. It also has a wood burning fireplace and hardwood floors in the living room and dining area. There is a fully fenced in rear yard, a deck to enjoy, and additional storage area. I start out with a 6 month lease, and if everything works out , then someone is welcome to stay long-term. It should be noted that there are 2 other houses on the same property, so I'm looking for someone who is quiet and respectful of other people being close by. Someone who loves nature and the mountains and is respectful of it all!
