Please see the description above. Our family has been committed to providing fair, quality, and well-maintained, housing in the local area for about 18 years. The lease is for 12 months minimum. You will need good credit or a cosigner with good credit, steady income, or an income source that allows you to easily pay the rent on time each month. You will also need to have references from your most recent landlords over the last three years. If you do not have references over the last three years, you will need a cosigner. Management pays for landscaping and gardening as well as pool service. Shared utilities are running about $170 a month. We have a guest policy to ensure that all persons living at the home feel respected, and that the space and Community remain positive, private, and vibrant.
