Tenant is responsible for all utilities which include APS for electric, Propane (Only the range and fireplace use propane), Internet (MTE and now HughesNet) and Cable (We currently use Direct TV). Water is free (from the well) 1 year lease required. The lease will be offered and signed through Zillow. Credit report is required for each tenant over 18. This can be done through Zillow. The credit report and income verification is required to be filled out first before we will show the home. NO smoking permitted in the house or on property. 3 car oversized garage plus driveway for parking is included. RV parking is permitted for an additional $100 per month. Rental insurance is required.
