Building Amenities: 24-hour door staff Fully equipped fitness center Outdoor pool (with seasonal building membership) Large central laundry facility Lease Options & Financials The 21-Month Option: Lease the space for two school years back-to-back and vacate for the summer in-between (dates flexible). The Academic Year Option: Start with a standard 12-month lease and we can discuss vacating for the summer (dates flexible). Details: Rent: 2850/mo plus electricity (averages 40/mo). Includes Utilities: high-speed internet and wifi, heat, air-conditioning (AC), water, and trash. Move-In Requirements: first month's rent, a 1-month refundable security deposit, a one-time HOA administrative fee of 375, and a refundable building elevator move deposit. 30-day condo board approval required prior to move-in. Policies: Strictly no pets, no smoking.
