In addition to the stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ ice-maker door dispenser, it is well equipped with coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, quesadilla maker and all the pots, pans, and utensils that you might need for any cooking requirements. There is also an electric grill on the kitchen deck with grilling utensils and thermometer for outdoor cooking without having to worry about propane tanks or charcoal. There is also a half bathroom between the living room and kitchen on the second level. Additional furnishings include a full sized washer and dryer, computer monitors, laser printer and high speed wireless internet.
