I have been a residential landlord for over 10 years, managing unfurnished long term rental properties in Maryville and the surrounding areas. I now live out of state, but I have a professional, experienced local crew that handles maintenance across my multiple properties in the area. Response times are fast and work gets done right.
This property is my first medium term furnished offering, and I have put real thought and personal investment into getting it right. Many of the items furnished in this home are things I personally own and use myself. I did not just order a list off a spreadsheet. I sleep on the same mattress model at home, and I cook on the same All Clad non stick pans. The same philosophy applies to kitchen appliances, the speakers, the chargers, and beyond. If it is in this unit, it is because I would want it in mine.
As the first tenant in a newly furnished space, you will inevitably notice a thing or two that would make the place even better that I did not think of or had not gotten to yet. I want to hear it. The first tenant gets approximately $1,000 toward a wishlist of recommended additions. If you move in and realize the place needs something, tell me and we will make it happen.
