Potential for noise from adjoining units. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests must update the number of guests to the correct amount, as additional fees may apply for unnotated guests. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Tampering with or removing the actively recording security camera at the front door may result in reservation cancellation. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor. Illegal drugs and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet. Renters are liable for any property damage. Children are allowed, but the home is not child-proofed. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Check-out procedures must be completed as written.
