There are 2 active security cameras: one at the front of the home facing the parking area, and another facing the pool and deck area. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. No pets are allowed on the property. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are liable for any property damage.
