The Old Town Trolley Tours offer a hop-on, hop-off service with stops throughout St. Augustine for approximately $25 per adult and $10 for kids, including three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.

Two active security cameras are installed: one at the front of the home facing the parking area and another facing the pool and deck area. No private areas are visible. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Parties are not permitted, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Tampering with or removing the security camera may result in reservation cancellation. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor. No pets are allowed on the property. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval; guests staying past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are liable for any property damage. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Guests are required to follow all house rules and checkout procedures.
