Lease terms

Must be 55+ with a limit of two (2) occupants. $850.00 monthly rent covers sewer, water, trash and yard fees. Tenant is responsible for electricity. $850 Security Deposit plus first month's rent due at lease signing to be paid by cash, cashier's check or money order. Lease term is for six (6) months. No vouchers. Employment, income, background and non-family references WILL be verified. Minimum income of $1500 with a 650 or more credit score. MUST have a bank account that allows for monthly electronic drafts for paying the rent. No prior evictions, judgments and no violent criminal history. No smoking in unit or on property. Small pets limited to 2 with prior approval. Application fee is $30.00. If you do not meet the selection criteria, or if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, your application may be rejected and your application fee will not be refunded. Additional pre-screening questions must be completed before setting up an appointment to view the property.
