The large covered porch has rocking chairs, and there is also a fire pit with Adirondack seating, and gas and charcoal grills. Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed for a fee of $75 per pet per stay. The cabin is just minutes from the Buffalo National River and iconic trails like Lost Valley, Hemmed-In-Hollow, and Whitaker Point. Scenic Highway 43 winds through rolling hills, waterfalls, and elk habitat. Jasper's town square offers local cafes and shops, while Ponca and Harrison provide kayak rentals and outfitters. Driving is essential in this rural area, and although cell service is available at the cabin, reception may vary during the drive. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Indoor smoking incurs a $1,000+ remediation fee. Only registered guests are allowed; unregistered guests incur a $50 per-night fee. You may encounter local wildlife.
