Please provide six months of current verifiable rental history. Tenant(s) must have good references from past landlords. o Tenant(s) must have a credit score of 600 or higher. o Identification: A copy of a current valid driver's license, state identification card, passport, or military I.D., is required for each application. Initial Costs at Lease Signing: o Security Deposit (1x) of monthly rent. o 1st Month's rent due at lease signing. o Pet deposit if applicable A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. Small dogs are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit and a monthly pet fee of $25 per dog. No smoking in the unit.
