The pet and smoking policies also apply to tenant's guests. NO parking of a camper, boat, four-wheeler, semi truck, or trailer of any kind. NO storage or junk of any kind is permitted outside on porch, or in the yard. Pools, trampolines, swing sets, and washing of vehicles are strictly prohibited. This unit is in a duplex and another rental home sits behind it, so the outdoor area and parking spaces are shared with residents of all three rentals. Due to limited space, a maximum of two vehicles/per unit is allowed to park on a daily basis. Parking is not permitted on the street, nor in the front yard of the duplex. Out of respect and courtesy for all neighbors; loud music, fireworks, and large gatherings/parties are not permitted.
