HOME SETUP & NEIGHBOR COMMUNITY:
This listing is for the main original house while there's a 2nd story loft and a small side studio each with a single person living there. While each unit has totally separate entrances and outdoor space, we always promote the value of neighborly communication, support and camaraderie (i.e. securing package dropoffs, pet sitting trades, etc.) as well as shared responsibilities (largely trash bins in/out.)
There's a single driveway, but people tend to just park in the street with no restrictions or issues also visible from the front Ring camera.
Thanks to the wonderful tenants we've had the last several years, we have friendly neighbors on the street who can be helpful as well.
