EXCELLENT LOCATION in a quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from U of U and close to down town SLC.… Nearby trax station and bus routes are very convenient.
Private room in basement unit of a 4-plex. This unit is a 2 bed 1 bath with the current tenant looking for a roommate to move in August 1st. On site laundry is shared between the 4 units. The available room has a door to the shared laundry room inside which also accesses the back door. Kitchen and bathroom have deep cabinets and drawers for storage. Pet friendly but no fenced yard. Each unit gets one private parking spot behind the property, and street parking is readily available.
The tenant you'll be sharing the space with with is quiet and keeps to themselves. They like animals but dont have pets of their own. They really like insects, plants, reading, concerts, D&D and making art. They are nonbinary and prefer an LGBTQIA+ roommate.
