This is a 4-plex apartment, so the unit is attached to others, and you may occasionally hear light noise from neighboring units. Quiet time starts at 10 PM. The use of jailbroken devices is not permitted, and violations will result in a $250 fine. There is a $500 fine for smoking inside the house. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you'll be required to vacate immediately without a refund. Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay.
