Lease terms
We are looking for tenants who will enjoy and take good care of the property. The initial lease term is 12 months. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at lease signing. Tenants are responsible for all utilities except water and sewage, which are paid by the landlord. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home. One dedicated parking space is available. Up to three pets are welcome, subject to approval and compliance with the lease terms. A $200 pet deposit is required, and pet rent is $25 per pet per month. We strive to provide a comfortable and well-maintained home and are looking for residents who will treat the property with the same care and respect.

About the building
This home is located in the heart of the South Side, just off East Carson Street and within walking distance of some of the neighborhood's best… restaurants, coffee shops, and local businesses. It's about a 10-minute walk to Duquesne University and only a 5-minute drive to Downtown Pittsburgh, making it a convenient location for both students and professionals.
The house has been well maintained and recently updated. A new central AC system was installed in June 2026, the kitchen appliances were replaced in December 2024, and the washer and dryer were replaced in September 2025. The interior walls will also be freshly painted in July 2026 before move-in.
We currently live in the home ourselves and have taken great care of it. The property will be available starting July 26. We are looking for tenants who will enjoy the space and treat it like their own home.
