This is an extremely very well taken care
all furnished
corner townhome in northwest San Antonio. This is a one bedroom one bath on one level.… Almost everything in the home is brand new. Granite countertops in the kitchen and marble top in the bathroom. Brand new washer and dryer located in a closet in the bathroom. The shower area is all done in a very nice tile. The bed is queen-size all-in wood with matching nightstand and dresser, and a 55" smart TV with DVD. There is another 55" smart TV in the living room along with a brand-new desk and chair as well as a new recliner. The sofa and dining room are new. New pots and pans, new plates and silverware, new blender, new coffee maker and toaster. There is an iron and new ironing board, new mop and broom and new laundry basket. All flooring is tiled, no carpet. The patio has a brand-new patio set as shown in the pictures that includes an umbrella. There is also a closet in the patio. Since it is a corner townhome, you only have an attached apartment on one side. There is one assigned covered parking(carport) right in front of the apartment, but there are others that can be used. Very quiet community so if you are a person that likes to party, this is not the place for you. We are inside of Northwest Crossing subdivision and are eligible to use the two swimming pools, recreational parks, tennis courts, children's playgrounds and there is a security company patrolling the subdivision including this community called Meadow Pointe Townhomes.
There are 3 party rooms that can be rented. Minimum leasing of one year. Smoking is not permitted inside the townhome. No sublease or rent to other individuals other than the person on the leasing agreement. One month rent is the security deposit and first month rent for a total of $2800 at signing. Texas rental application will have to be filled out to do a background check and check credit score at your cost. Renter's insurance is required. The water, garbage pickup, and community maintenance will be included as part of the monthly rent. The only thing you will have to pay is the light bill, internet, and cable.
