Simply Google search "Airbnb TheLilNautiCottage" -In 1932, with horse drawn carts, our family lovingly moved the Lil Nauti Cottage 1/4m inland from its original beach front location after a storm destroyed the 4 cottages around her. The rest is history! -Fully furnished & stylishly renovated w/ new flooring, paint, lighting, and furnishings. Updates include a new high capacity washer/dryer, two refrigerators, new dishwasher, new gas stove, new ac units, and 5 smart UHD TVs. As well, just beyond the deck, with its marsh views, is a new outdoor cafe-light lit fire pit and sunbathing area that extend the indoors out. The cottage is fully furnished with 5 private petite sleeping rooms each w/ it's own queen adjustable bed & luxury Casper mattress. -The cottage's immediate area is known for summer time family renters and academic year student renters. -It's so nice, it has to be a Lil' Nauti!

Make your 2026 summer reservations, now! - June 1st through August 28th, 2026 dates available. You can directly book Summer stays on Airbnb with us. -$3,000 per week, $9,400 per month. While we are not inexpensive, we are literally the least expensive rental with 5 separate sleeping rooms, each with a queen bed, in the coastal CT rental market. This was my father's childhood home, he was a realtor before a stroke forced retirement, and he & I both want to see the house enjoyed by small groups and families. If you do book with us and you get to read our guest book, you will see the raving reviews from not only summer renters but our academic year tenants. The Lil Nauti Cottage sleeps up to 10 summer guests. Just steps to the beach, the cottage is fully furnished including 5 petite private sleeping rooms each with its own queen sized power adjustable bed with luxury Casper mattresses, wardrobes with internal organizers, & dressers. The kitchen has all cookware, glassware, bakeware, and dishware essentials, including toaster oven, Keurig, and ninja blender. A cordless Dyson, swifter wet jet mop, and basic cleaning supplies are also provided. Security deposit required. No smoking, no vaping, no events, no pets! Owner has severe nicotine and pet dander allergies.
