Beautifully updated 3 bedroom apartment in the North Hills School District, combines classic features of the original 1920s era house with modern… updates and conveniences. Newer stainless steel appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove. The kitchen is updated and includes a blend of new and classic oak cabinetry. A pendant light is above the new kitchen sink for additional lighting.
Flooring on the second floor is a modern wood-look laminate that flows from the kitchen to the dining room and into the living room. New ceiling fans have been installed in the living room, dining room and all three bedrooms. The bedroom on the 2nd floor has new carpeting and a spacious closet.
The bathroom has been updated with new tub, tile floor, sink/vanity and tub faucets. The new tub surround was created with white subway tile and has a line of bluish-gray glass accent tiles for a unique touch.
High ceilings and large windows make the apartment nice and bright. Both fireplaces (one in the living room and one in the dining room) have exposed brick with new tile hearths. Most of the wood trim is original. Doors to the rooms and closets are original with original handles.
The third floor has 2 bedrooms, with the original painted wood floors. Supplemental heat is available with wall electric heaters in each bedroom. One bedroom has a huge closet and both rooms have new ceiling fans.
The entire apartment has been freshly painted.
Heat is included in the rent (boiler heat). The building does not have central air conditioning, but window air conditioning units are permitted. Water, sewage and garbage collection are also included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electric and the annual Ross/West View EMS Fee (currently $55/year).
