This is not available for a regular yearly rental. 28 night furnished rental-Available for July, August, September $3,650 per month, (May & June could possibly be ok at $5,000 per month) plus half of the electric and water bills which are reasonable-water water is usually 65 per month and electric under $85 for us but we have found renters are double that amount for electric, so that is why we want to be reimbursed for half of those bills. Internet included. Prefer somebody that wants to rent for 4-5 months but will consider others too. We are not looking for the winter months to be rented but would consider renting through October for $4,700, November for $7,000, December, $10,000, January $12,900, February and March 14,900 each. Stays are 28 nights, unless renting longer than one month. One level home with only 3 front steps. Walk-in shower. Parking. Shared heated pool. There are no steps out to the pool. Home has a/c and heat- 2 mini splits. We prefer you bring your own sheets, bedspread cover and towels if you are driving and staying a while. If not thats fine too. There is 1 queen bed and 1 pullout bed in the living room. 2 people max. I like to use Zillow's application, lease, and payment system. It works well and is very simple and easy. It comes from the bank account you select. Located on Catherine St. at Watson, just 10 minute walk to the beach and Duval St. Shared heated Pool and parking. Utilities included: internet, garbage, sewer One parking space out front that we own the parcel for. The other side of the street is open parking for anybody to use. This home is one level with a nice heated and shared pool with 11 other homes. No laundry on site. There are 3 laundry mats all within a few blocks and one will pick up and redeliver your clean laundry. This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath single family home that is 800 sq. ft., located in Old Town Key West just 7 blocks to Duval and a 10 minute walk to the beach. This home is in a quiet community and shares a beautiful courtyard area with 11 homes surrounding a large heated swimming pool and is ideally located within easy walking distance to the beach, world famous Duval Street, shopping, museums and restaurants. This is not a home for parties and you can only have your designated people staying at the home and a couple others maximum at the pool as the pool is shared and its quiet. This home has a front porch along with a large side deck overlooking the garden. There is also seating at the pool. It has very high ceilings so it feels larger than it would seem. The bedroom has a door to the addition on the back of the home and then french doors to the deck and a door to get to the pool. No smoking allowed inside or at the pool. The home is from 1906 and has original flooring, windows, bath, and kitchen cabinets so it's definitely not in perfect shape and you can tell those things are older. The addition in the back of the home is new, some windows in the kitchen storage area and bath are new, and the deck is new . It may be considered by some to need some updating such as the kitchen, baths, floors. The floors are original. The bath tile is original. The kitchen has new cabinet doors (refaced). Owner allergic to cats. Will consider a small non shedding dog with non refundable pet deposit of $300 for the extra cleaning, etc. Home will be professionally cleaned prior to renting so a $350 cleaning fee in addition to rent for normal 3 hour cleaning comes out of security deposit, unless it is abnormally dirty and requires extra cleaning. Small non shedding dogs under 25 pounds are considered with $500 non refundable pet /extra cleaning fee. No cats as owner is allergic unfortunately. Thank you.
