Lease terms

Rent is due on or before the 8th of each month. A $50 late fee will be applied to any rent received after the 8th. A $500 security deposit and first month's rent are required prior to move-in. All applicants must apply and pay the application fee through Zillow. Zillow's application process includes background and credit checks, which will be reviewed as part of the application. Applicants must also provide proof of income, a copy of a valid driver's license, and proof that all utilities have been transferred into the tenant's name before occupancy. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Propane service will remain in the park's name and will be billed to the tenant based on actual usage. Leases are written with an initial 6-month term and may continue in accordance with the lease agreement. Tenant must also have a minimum of $100,000 of liability renters insurance and must be able to provide proof upon request.
