Cute townhouse located in the Scotch Pines neighborhood in central Fort Collins. We are looking for one female roommate to join our home for a lease running from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027. There will be 3 total roommates in the townhouse, including the two current tenants. The available private room, located upstairs, has a large closet and a shared bathroom with one current tenant. Our kitchen and living room areas are fully furnished, so you would only need to furnish your bedroom. We also have in-unit laundry located in our attached garage, which we use for extra storage. We keep the shared spaces clean and tidy and are looking for someone who values a respectful and quiet living environment. No parties and no pets. There is a free parking lot right outside the townhouse, as well as untimed free street parking nearby. Rent is $729/month plus utilities and WiFi, which are split evenly between all 3 roommates. To qualify, applicants must make at least 3x the monthly rent or have a cosigner. We would love to set up a viewing so we can meet and show you the house.
