Perhaps the best possible location in PB! 30 second walk to Sail Bay, 3.5 blocks to the beach. Cool vintage 3br/2ba bungalow + 1br/1ba casita in back. Lots of parking - 2-3 spaces in the alley, plus 2 spaces in the backyard/carport (has garage door & opener).
Large backyard with room for a dog or cat (upon approval, absolutely no barkers). Orange and lime trees. Nice grassy area, maintained weekly.
Hardwood floors and some carpet. Very quiet street, as it's not a thru-road to Mission Blvd., so road noise is minimal. 2 minute walk to the bay boardwalk, 5-7 minute walk to the beach proper. 12 month lease, month-to-month after that. Wood-burning fireplace. Again, this is a GREAT location, really ideal if you want to be close to the water.
Easy walk to a million stores, bars, restaurants, the PB library, the boardwalk(s), Ralphs grocery store, etc. etc.
