The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 guests. Exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Quiet hours are enforced daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior at any time may result in cancellation without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Failure to comply will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee to restore the property. The pool is unsupervised; use at your own risk. Children under 16 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times. The pool is not heated. Minor debris in the pool between scheduled cleanings is normal and unavoidable.
