Lease terms

Owner pays for trash service, yard maintenance, pest control. Water, gas, electricity and internet are metered separately for each apartment and paid for by tenants. (either ATT or Cox can be selected as your internet provider). Highly recommend renter's insurance. It's not very expensive when added onto your existing home or auto insurance. Meanwhile, Renters Insurance is required when/if landlord approves you to have a pet. Pets must be approved by landlord ahead of time. Pet fee/deposit of $350 ($150 of which is refundable if no damage). There is easy street parking in front of the house on Bond Street. No smoking inside the apartments, however smoking's okay on the back patio or your porch. Please report needed repairs or any other issues "in time" so landlord can address these right away, so that you can fully enjoy your apartment Lease is typically 12 months - August 1 through July 30 In March, landlord and tenants chat about renewing the lease for the coming year (so that we can all make our plans for the coming year).
