The apartment is fully furnished but you do need to bring your own sheets, towels, pots pans, toiletries etc.. You can pay weekly bi weekly or monthly. No Credit check only a criminal background check is required. You will have to pay taxes the first 30 days you live here but it is refundable. Weekly starting $325. Semanal, quincenal o mensual.
